You may have noticed that Ash looks a little different from what you’re used to seeing.
In 2024, following the close of our Series A financing led by a national federal benefits company, we doubled down on our commitment to bridging care gaps and increasing access to care through at-home health testing. We secured major national health plan contracts and strategic leadership appointments to drive growth across the payor market. We researched, built, and iterated to expand our product to provide better value to our clients.
It was time for our brand to reflect this evolution of the business.
While Ash initially broke into the at-home health testing space through partnerships with digital health companies, rapidly expanding work with health plans necessitated a renewal of the brand. We upgraded our new brand identity so it better embodies our dedication to providing exceptional solutions that all clients, including payors, can rely on and trust. We also take this opportunity to drop “Wellness” from “Ash Wellness”, as it no longer reflects our solution, and go simply by “Ash”.
Our new logo aims to communicate a reliability that is backed by precision and knowledge. The combination of sharp and round corners conveys that Ash is technical but approachable at the same time. The droplet created by the negative space in the “a” speaks to our industry and the versatility of at-home health testing, making care accessible through simple methods from home.
Along with the brand refresh, we are excited to announce that we have appointed seasoned payor and digital health executives to its Board of Directors, who bring over 50 years of combined experience:
We have also expanded the Ash team with two key leaders who have already made significant contributions to the Ash solution. Robyn Dietz has been appointed as Vice President of Payor Sales, formerly Vice President of Growth Strategy at Quartet Health, a digital behavioral health company. Alexis Tilburg joins as Vice President of Product Marketing, formerly Senior Director of Product Marketing at LetsGetChecked, an at-home healthcare company. They will bring their direct experience in working with major health plans to strengthen Ash’s market presence and deliver impactful digital solutions to payor’s members.
For years, Ash has enabled digital health leaders to deliver care through payor-sponsored products, driving measurable improvements in clinical outcomes. With direct expansion into the payor market, we are harnessing our proven impact of meeting people where they are at to help payors enhance member engagement and increase value by improving adherence.
Over the past few months, Ash has built engagement, integration and reporting tools designed specifically for payor customers to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing value for health plans and their members. We are excited to formalize and unveil these tools over the coming months to our current clients and beyond.
"Ash’s track record of success with our robust client base of digital health organizations has enabled us to build a reliable and flexible platform. This platform has now been expanded to support our growing payor clients and their unique needs," David Stein, Ash CEO, says. “With health plans looking for partners to integrate high-impact digital health solutions to enhance engagement, Ash is uniquely positioned to lead the way”.
Ash would not be where it is today without our supporters–thank you for your continued in what we do and belief in the ability of our solution to make healthcare more accessible and affordable for all.
